Simplify the printer shopping process and humanize the language to make it easy for people to find their perfect printer.
CAMPAIGN BACKGROUND:
We were tasked with redesigning HP’s e-commerce pages and transforming the shopping experience into an less painful one.
The work was created online on Amazon brand store pages and product description pages.

Writing copy across multiple e-commerce assets to simplify the printer shopping process.

People hate shopping for a printer!
In reality, all people want from their printer is for it to print without any of the frills and the copy in the category makes that a barrier when it comes to making a purchase.
So we made it seamless to find the perfect printer based on the needs of the consumers.

We applied the same exercise of simplification to other products in their portfolio, by taking complicated tech jargon and making it easy for humans to understand.
